We believe that everyone is the blacksmith of their fate and it depends only on you how quickly your position will develop. We do not believe in automatic promotions, we believe in entrusting more responsibility, taking on new challenges and benefiting from the rewards of success.
FANTASTIC TEAM YOU CAN RELY ON
We enjoy working together and know that we can rely on each other. Quoting one of our team the other day: “If you think it is impossible, just let me remind you that we are BASCKers! Nothing is impossible for us”. We also like keeping fit (SUP-boarding outings and running in Chariots of Fire) and travelling (team offsites).
If this does not sound compelling enough, we can mention a few more standard perks (hybrid work, international travel, NEST company pension scheme, Vitality health insurance, pizza parties), but if the previous points were not enough, we are probably not the right fit!
