For a work to be copyright protected it has to be fixed in a form and original (own intellectual creation)

Do not change anything in somebody else’s work. They may have given you permission to use it but not to destroy the “integrity of the work”

Software
Software code is treated as a literary work and protected with copyright from the very moment of its creation.

Stock photos
If you’re using any stock photos in your materials, make sure you have proper licences which allow for commercial activities.
