What can be Copyright protected?

Copyright arises upon work creation

For a work to be copyright protected it has to be fixed in a form and original (own intellectual creation)

Here are some things you will need to know:

Moral rights

Do not change anything in somebody else’s work. They may have given you permission to use it but not to destroy the “integrity of the work”

Software code is treated as a literary work and protected with copyright from the very moment of its creation.

Stock photos

If you’re using any stock photos in your materials, make sure you have proper licences which allow for commercial activities.
