We niche in working with startups/scaleups and are passionate about our clients. We are our Client’s external IP team which feels like an internal one. With our fixed-fee approach you won’t need to worry about clocking billable hours and will easily become a part of our clients’ day to day activities, staying on top of their latest events.

SUPPORTING DISRUPTING BUSINESSES
Our company provides all the benefits of a boutique firm but offers the same international perspectives as a big corporate. Our clients are both early stage startups and single inventors as well as unicorns. We support not only by helping with their IP.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES AND MAKING A DIFFERENCE
No matter your seniority, we let you implement your own ideas and be independent in managing your entrusted field. Your voice is heard. We are agile enough to make changes quickly, test and review, without complicated procedures.
We have no glass ceilings, we let people grow and believe in giving a lot of responsibilities early on to let them spread their wings as quickly as they can. No matter how old you are, no matter how many or how few years of experience you have. We evaluate your work and commitment in our team, here and now. We believe that everyone is the blacksmith of their fate and it depends only on you how quickly your position will develop. We do not believe in automatic promotions, we believe in entrusting more responsibility, taking on new challenges and benefiting from the rewards of success.
FANTASTIC TEAM YOU CAN RELY ON
We enjoy working together and know that we can rely on each other. Quoting one of our team the other day: “If you think it is impossible, just let me remind you that we are BASCKers! Nothing is impossible for us”. We also like keeping fit (SUP-boarding outings and running in Chariots of Fire) and travelling (team offsites).
If this does not sound compelling enough, we can mention a few more standard perks (hybrid work, international travel, NEST company pension scheme, Vitality health insurance, pizza parties), but if the previous points were not enough, we are probably not the right fit!
